About Taylor

The founder, Taylor Crain, discovered her love for interiors at a young age and was captivated by the impact a space can have on how you feel. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Sacramento State, where she also studied abroad in Italy and worked under a local architect. This international experience deepened her appreciation for design, history, and craftsmanship.

Taylor initially began her career at a commercial architecture firm that specialized in hospitality and mixed-use projects. While that experience sharpened her design skills, Taylor realized her true passion lies in residential work - transforming houses into homes and seeing the meaningful impact it has on families. After three years at a high-end residential interior design firm, she made her childhood dream a reality by launching Taylored Interiors.
